Looks like only few people accepted to switch to HCL and now frontline is quite understaffed. What a surprise.

Train the AI and have it do your job before they do it to replace you. Might as well collect money and do nothing. LOL god I wish I had AI while I was there would of just ate sh-t all day and let it go through logs for me.

Surely the benefit from outsourcing front line is that HCL are now responsible for case volumes so TAMs and others are free to do their real job. We were told HCL are better at running support than us. It was a distraction and not a core part of our business. Sounds like HCL got a great deal - take the money and have CSG do the grunt work.

Rumor has it that they are so understaffed that they are asking the TAMs to take over support cases from front line. That would be a funny twist, since they haven been trying to get rid of every technical-experienced TAM after they started the transition from TRM to Priority+TAM.
