BCBST is not a reliable company .
They took me in and in just four month without giving any notice they layed me off .
No PIP nothing just calling for a meeting and saying you are laid off

There were no layoffs at that time. You were in a probationary employment period and was let go due to not performing up to standards or not a good fit for some reason. End of story.
Were you laid off because the position was eliminated or were you fired? If it was a layoff were you given any severance? How much time were you given of pay from the date you were notified?
Don't think HR would let the manager release you without a reason.
Sounds like it may be you possibly. Probably more to the story.
