looks like the CHAs live to see another day? Almost 1pm and still no email or meetings

How can CHAs possibly show their value at this time? Limited availability. Central booking 2 months out. Lack of transparency and any support from the leadership. My current manager has no clue after being here for over a year. Not even bothering to share relevant information.
On top of that patients already annoyed by auto dialer harassment non-stop
Some of the middle and regional managers are fighting to keep the CHAs. They are collecting stats to show CHAs are better off being in the local market than being centralized. So if the CHAs keep showing that local markets succeed because of their efforts, they may not be included in the layoffs of their numbers look good. Staying hopeful because everyone wants job security.
Why not drag it out like this for another couple weeks or a month? Not like it’s having a massive impact on CHAs well being. Good to still get a paycheck but awful to continue on with being lied to daily. CHAs are being set up to fail no matter how hard they show their worth. Sad the only updates given are on a layoff website.
