I can 100% verify this shady garbage they are doing...happened to me. Retaliation is indeed allowed to happen on HR/Ethics watch. I don't know how these sc-mbags look themselves in the mirror each day.

Going forward Boeing will put up a strong fight to get out of paying effected employees unemployment benefits. Boeing will hand out a lot of Performance improvement plans rather than 60 day-layoff notices. These performance plans are defined from the get-go for the employee to ultimately fail so Boeing HR can fire the employee without having Boeing pay unemployment benefits. Boeing talks big on their ethics and zero tolerance for retaliation, but it's really just talk. Many Boeing HR and Boeing Ethics people will look the other way when a Boeing manager is excused or retaliation or bullying. As a Boeing employee, you would be an absolute fool to trust Boeing's Anonymous reporting. It is not anonymous at all. Boeing uses caller ID and software to figure out your identity. If you were foolish enough to call the Anonymous reporting or emailing them with your personal email to report a manager who has retaliated against you or bulled, you. The first thing that would happen is the Boeing HR or Ethics person will contact a Boeing group made up of experts skilled in identifying people. Once this Boeing group reports back to Boeing HR or Ethics to tell them your identity, the HR or Ethics person will next out, you by contacting your Boeing manager to identify you. You can bet on Boeing HR or Ethics meeting with your Boeing manager, to form a plan on either giving you a lay-off notice or slapping a performance improvement plan on you. Either way you will be out the door within 60 days.
