The layoffs have begun under the premise of job elimination. Targeting the older workers first, and then moving on to more tenured associates.

I was laid off from implementation. The severance, I was told, is based upon your tenure at ADP. I've never been happier! I was planning on leaving anyway. Cheers!

25 years for me and was told my role was being eliminated. Had over 20 direct reports. Was in GPT.

I literally jumped up and down, and did a little dance. I hated working at ADP.

And if you think it can't happen to you, you're wrong. ESPECIALLY if you're on the older side. I just read of a guy with 30+ years at ADP and multiple service awards that got let go. I'm not at ADP any longer. One of the best decisions I ever made. There IS life after ADP.
