I work in the Permian basin/LocoHills field and we got the news that we have been just sold…. to who we don’t know.!

It’s non-core… all non core assets would be divested if there is a buyer… CFO has said like 3 times already, needs to pay debt
They held on to it because a recently departed exec had mineral rights in the area. Since he left plans have changed.
