In order for all of us to "win" together, they shouldn't pay the leaders the ridiculous bonuses they received. Their motto is "work, create and give us your ideas so we can get ever richer bonuses".
Please sell your Ford stocks so that I can buy it at a lower price.
So now we "all" win or lose together? Pfff... What goes around gomes around. Ford has been mistreating suppliers for decades. Ford has been outsourcing jobs for short term profits. But now we are "all" in this together. Yeah, right!
Ford leadership, if we can call it "leadership", have no clue on how to manage a business, even less how to manage a car manufacturing company. We said that BEVs make no sense, hybrids were the way to get there. Management didn't want to listen.
Now they expect suppliers to "cut costs", A.K.A, reduce their own profits so Ford has their own profits. !diots. What's next? Asking the suppliers to run the Ford company as well? Wait, they already did that, by letting Boston Consulting Group choose who to fire (older, well paid and with pension workers) and ruin the company.
