Terrible Leads India Team

I am contractor there. I was silenced by their india lead for asking a question. Too much micro aggressions and micro management. I am looking for other clients as these people have no respect. My self esteem is hurt.

The offshore team is technically competent, but their behavior is creating a hostile work environment for many in the US. There’s a lack of respect towards peers, and some members engage in unwelcoming conduct, such as making rude comments and belittling individuals ability. These actions have led to anxiety issues for some team members. Too much bossy behavior which we are not used to in this country and is not part of AAP culture. People who doesn’t have proper management experience is given manager and director title. Offshoring helps companies in maintaining their IT but giving whole power to them is a formula for a disaster!

You are true in most cases. But here, contractors from a particular part of the world is given extraordinary considerations and they are allowed to boss and bully others.

Advance is much better with contractor compared to other clients. Looks like this came from contractors in India
