So this is all rough news for many but it seems to me if WM makes an exception for employee A that allows them to stay remote yet you make employee B move to Ark you’re opening up yourself as a company to some major lawsuits.

This is the only attorney in NWA that will represent employees and has not been bought by Walmart. They’ve given cases to every attorney from NWA to Little Rock so they can’t represent employees. But this guy is the only one who will not sell out to them. https://nwaemploymentlaw.com/

There should be some investigation into the reasons numerous Sr. Directors and above are not being forced to relocate to Bentonville.
