Too bad our unions don’t care, our employees only care about themselves, the company hates us and sees us as a wasted cost, and politicians only care about shareholders and who’s paying them off

Our local leadership only cares about being under the desk of upper management and going on the Union trip to Florida or wherever tropical for the conference
This RR monster has 12 unions. That's 10 to many for consolidated negotiations. 2 would put more bite in the process.

But hey...at least our union dues will go up when the company lays off. Because the union needs to take in the same amount, regardless of employee numbers.
