They already know the product and company is failing and have known for two years. The President, Avijit, and much of the Studio Developer leadership, has only ever been interested in how far they can take their own personal relationship with Kevin Clark and Aptiv. They’ve abandoned leading the company and are more focused on landing cushy positions within Aptiv after it all falls apart.
Kevin Dallas had a great vision for Studio - but it was horribly corrupted when Avijit took over - abandoning long term Wind River customers for pipe dreams of transforming the automotive industry. He tried to fool everyone by throwing Bryan Leblanc under the bus - but the truth is Avijit, Anuradha, James, Eashwer, isolated the entire organizational leadership structure from Aptiv and Kevin Clark. The best leaders left because they were not allowed to interact with Aptiv - these politicians were left over, and the company is now in it’s death spiral.
Be aware if you’ve left - they are poisoning the well at other companies like EDB and Red Hat.
