My wifes entire department was given the notice on thursday. It was a change healthcare group
Are these Change Healthcare areas that are being affected?

The UPS email was a sign that you were part of today’s purge.
Separation dates of 7/16 & 8/16 (2 meetings, 2 different groups) were given for an operations team, reporting up to Vicki Jackson.

All RIFs I’m aware of, including my own, happen on Thursday mornings before noon. The effective date is two weeks from the date of your call. I’m not sure if there is a particular Thursday of the month.

How do people get notified of layoff? Is it a 9 AM meeting? And is there a specific day of the month? Is there a specific week of the month?

Did anyone receive a notification from UPS showing that Optum is overnighting something and I should receive it by noon tomorrow. Is this an indicator that I’m more than likely part of the layoffs tomorrow?
