We are losing a lot of good talent and it seems to be significantly more difficult to bring in good talent. It doesn't take a lot of research to know how bad it is here and how they've made things worse for their teammates. The good talent is going elsewhere and avoiding Truist (and I don't blame them). We're going to continue to see a large number of our great resources leave if things continue the way they have. It's disappointing as this (BB&T anyway) used to be a great place to work. Now we have terrible leadership, we're lied to on a regular basis, and they are scaling back all the benefits that we all had (401k match, worse insurance, pension, less discount on stock purchase plan, RTO, flexibility, etc)
