Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

THE BOARD CAN FIRE BILL ROGERS, C-M, AND CAGLE

for gods sake....employees hire an atty to draft a memo to the board of directors, signed by a majority of employees outlining the horrific management of Bill and 'his corner' and show shareholders they are getting sc--wed! This is how you fight back!

The BOD is just a bunch of YES PEOPLE. Will never change.

Give it up. The board is not independent.

@tdr+1swjZ8DS hope for a merger? Take a look at what has happened to Merrill Ly--h. Or take a look at what happened to BB&T. We get bought then watch who loses their jobs.

Bet you are the same id--t who keeps screaming for a union. Don’t you get what a BoD does? Go ask Merrill Ly--h and Bear Sterns. Well, you can’t ask BS because they went under while their BoD spot by as they did at ML. All they do is collect their check and rubber stamp whatever is out in front of them as long as the money keeps rolling in.

Sorry, but wishful thinking on your part; it’s never going to happen. BR and his people control the Board. Besides, if all, or most EL were pushed out, there would be a vacuum and the stock would drop fast. This board is playing for short term gains, not the long term. Best bet is to hope for a merger with a bank not worse than us.
