Lost Money on Teradata Corporation(TDC)? Contact Levi & Korsinsky Regarding an Ongoing Investigation

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / May 10, 2024 / Levi & Korsinsky notifies investors that it has commenced an investigation of Teradata Corporation ("Teradata") (NYSE:TDC) concerning possible violations of federal securities laws.

On February 12, 2024, Teradata announced 4Q 2023 results and then reduced its estimated growth for the full year 2024. The Company blamed it on a combination of "on-premises customer attrition and Cloud deal delays." Analysts commenting on the reduced estimates mention concern with Teradata converting customers to its cloud offerings and hitting the Company's target of over $1 billion in public cloud annual recurring revenue by the end of 2025.

Following this news, Teradata's stock price fell by $10.57 per share, or approximately 22% to close at $38.22 per share. To obtain additional information, go to:

Oh, yeah. T-shirt Marketing guy is the smartest guy in the room. However, the smart ones are already gone, so he can’t be that great. TDC is doomed. The only question is how long it will take and if those responsible are held to account.

Yo, wicked smart tee shirt guy.

Is Teradata planning to settle with the 10+ law firms all preparing the same class action case?

If Teradata doesn't settle and goes to trial. However things turn out its going to be expensive.

The incompetence of ELT leadership is on display for everyone to see. At this point they're not only running Teradata into the dirt they're actually accelerating the process through fines and/or payoffs.

Yo. Tee shirt guy here. There is significant ignorance on the part of you all on how these things work. Such cases don't go to trial. They end in settlement, with no admission of guilt. Teradata pays a large sum to make it all go away. The lawyers get a fat payday. Victims get zip. These things have been accurately characterized as legal extortion. If you are so bitter as to be yearning to see a perp walk, get gone from here before you suffer any more pain. That hate will ki-l you.

Don't listen to the "participation tee shirt" person regarding not getting involved with the class action. It doesn't matter who gets the $$$ it does matter that ELT get called out for statements during an earnings call that caused the stock to drop $10. Maybe losing in court and being held accontable for irresponsible statements and performance will force change.

Pettifoggers fishing for enough parties claiming injuries to constitute a "class" for purposes of legal action. If these class actions ever amount to anything, lawyers on both sides will reap millions while the actual victims receive a participation tee shirt.

There's like 20 of these going on right now.

Didn't see any action to address in the Q1 earnings report call.

Unfortunately for Teradata one of these is going to stick.
