I just spoke with an old friend who told me his company was moving to a new location on Cypress Creek Blvd. I told him I used to work at Citrix, and he claimed his company had bought the Citrix property. He seemed to think they had bought “both buildings,” though Citrix occupied three or four buildings when I was there. I just passed by on 95 yesterday and I’m pretty sure I still saw the Citrix brand on the engineering tower. Thought I’d ask here In the off chance there’s actually anyone here who is a real Citrix employee who knows what’s actually going on.

Fire sale is a good sign.
899 was definitely sold, but I think they still own 851. As another mentioned they've crammed everyone into that building, even taking the large first floor conference room and putting cubicles in there. The real kicker to forcing everyone in the office is when they sent out an email last week basically telling everyone to be respectful with their voice volume or find a privacy room...and then telling people bot to monopolize privacy rooms. The IQ level of people making decisions is astonishingly low.
More productive in the small smelly office.
They're cramming everyone like cattle into building 851. The facilities suk. Little space between desk rows. No side dividers between desks. Old beat up and gross chairs. Neither the leadership or facilities folks gave one thought about the wellbeing of workers. I guess the leadership must keep thinking of ways to get people to leave, so they won't have to pay severances. Well they found it with this dump.
They'd save even more if they just made everyone remote so we'd no longer need to make d-mb and useless commutes to d-mb and useless buildings with cr-ppy facilities.
701 was cleaned out over a year ago. I heard discussion around the same time of consolidating everyone in 851, but I’m surprised they sold both 899 and 851 instead of leasing them themselves. Perhaps they needed the cash. I don’t know for sure, but it seems highly likely that CSG no longer owns any property in Broward
There are not as many employees as a few years ago according to some insiders.
wow, that's huge news. thanks for sharing. seems like yesterday, when we left the old 6400 building around the corner from those 2 buildings. Do you know where the remaining Citrix employees are going? Are 6365 and 701 still Citrix?
OP here, answering my own question in case anyone else is curious.
