We lose our Market President who rose up through the ranks and was doing a great job against the wall that is Truist. He leaves for a much, much better and more stable opportunity at a competitor. Do they say a word to the assistant who is the only commercial presence in this entire region? Nope. Does the MP’s now former boss say a word to this person when they were here early since it now dumps on the assistant? Nope
Truist decided that if you weren’t a certain level of business off you go to a call center. Business owners want face to face (which is one of the many things BB&T was known for here). They are walking. I recommended that to someone last week. The big banks in the region only care about the DEI woke agenda. Helping to destroy our economy.
