It’s all about cheap labor. I’m taking a job as a physical therapist ,that won’t be off shored.

Whomever posted if you are a white middle age woman you are safe quite clearly doesn't know what they are talking about. I know of at LEAST 15 white, middle age women that have been cut in the past 2 months. H
This place doesn't give a rats about your color, your s-x, nothing. The bottom line is if you are able to train the offshore replacements and how much can be saved if you can't. BOTTOM LINE. Clearly you haven't talked to anyone recently.

I’m a middle aged white lady and I got cut. so did the other white middle aged women in my (now former) department.
Your kids should be happy paying the leader a business evening dinner for $2000.
If you are an Indian Male or a White Middle aged woman, you are safe.
