Lay off currently taking place in Melbourne, Florida. So far seems to be mostly the Older employees at Northrop Grumman. Not sure if they are done yet. Maybe second wave!

keep the knowledge and never document, get hire back as casual with big $$$
That’s the ones companies always go for. They would rather lose the knowledge that gets them the contracts and keep the ones that don’t know anything.
Would be nice to know more details on the types of jobs being cut and how many.
Are you saying employees that are with NGC for a long time or employees that are older as age?
