Can not tolerate the round after round layoff any more. Matt is proven to be a sales guy who only takes care his buddies even if they sc--wed up the whole BU. By the way, my TC will jump from 330k in Marvell to 650k in new company

Not sure what layoffs you are talking about.
MRV making money only thro acquired companies. Parent marvell BUs are all relaxing and having easy life. Long overdue for a larger scale layoff of non money making BUs
