website maintenance is planned and well organized companies let their employees and customers know well in advance.

If temporary website maintenance is making your life 'as difficult as possible' maybe its time to assess your life and not blame your company. The expectation you described is a pretty minimal expectation in any sales role... to get customers to spend money. Maybe its just not a fit for you. Lifes too short to be unhappy

Was it confirmed another attempted hack?

both were down yesterday... what a dumpster fire this place is. And sales will be held responsible for any retention dollars lost there. We aren't even paid a dime until a customer places 2 orders in 2 different months so at minimum, 3 months post sale. Thanks for making life as difficult as possible, Staples!
