I started at Paychex in 2006-2007. I was a younger sales professional back then obviously.
It was one of my first jobs.
Now Paychex is reaching out to me for a role 17 years later. I wasn't sure if I am eligible for rehire because at the time I had a fairly hard mgr to deal with who was a micro manager.
Any ideas on how to check eligibility for rehire discreetly? Just call their HR or go through the process and see where it leads? It may be a moot point because maybe my employee records are no longer being held due to retention schedule having long past. Thoughts?
Additional info Paychex is likely interested because of my 9 year stint at ADP where I was promoted 3 x's.
