Close the Cairo office and force NASA to work weekends. Now the weekend is filled with scared, underqualified TSEs, Monday/Friday is understaffed, and "I don't want to work weekends" is the number one reason TSEs are quitting.

There are actually several folks who didn’t really get a choice. No RSUs offered, no option for severance. Instead, a letter that said this is what we need for the next 6-12 months. Comp won’t change. If you do not accept it will be taken as a resignation and you are not entitled to severance benefits.
How is that move of everyone to salary working out?
Don't worry it will be over sooner than you think, most customers are looking to move on from VMware after this sh-t show, layoffs will become the norm about every 6 months as the margins dwindle. Milk the Hock cow and find a new gig.
