There will be layoffs at Cricket Wireless in short order starting the month (May 2024). Per John Dwyer, if we are impacted our last day will be July 9th. So far I haven't heard of anyone on the Cricket side that has been impacted, only AT&T. Has anyone been notified or know of any orgs that have been notified to date?

It has started…..
Things are hush-hush at HQ. Leaders from different teams are offered demotions or new roles; even top leaders claim they’re in the dark. But usually, they’re the ones with all the info! Sounds like a big shake-up is on the horizon. Everyone's guessing where teams will end up and who they’ll answer to, but the folks in charge are all Crickets.
Anyone hear of specific numbers of SELs, ISSs or ADs affected?
Was told today I’m “in an affected area” and will find out by the end of June if I will be surplussed. Good luck to those surplussed and to those who are not. We are already spread so thin in my department I honestly don’t know how they would do it cutting even more people. They will realize this is a huge mistake and then just sell off Cricket years later when this all implodes in on itself. Bunch of out of touch id--ts running this company. It’s really sad.
Call on 5-29 at12pm est to learn our fate.....

I just love how we are told how great we are doing and that we are one of the most profitable divisions of AT&T, to then be told they are cutting 10% of us. Why must we be held responsible for AT&Ts bad decisions and mistakes (DirecTV)
