Must be why they had a manager training other managers how to properly perform safety coachings and standard work reviews at our location a while back.... less false/bs entries and alot less testing since they have to be honest... I wonder if dot knows the rule 1.5 loophole they're using on every entry to skew the dr-g and alcohol testing numbers.....
UP has tried to silence whistle blowers, but not the quite the same way boeing has as far as I know. None the less, boeing and UP have a lot in common with the shady ways they're running their business.
