The ones still at Teradata are either:
VP or above just milking the RSU train with no accountability,
Ready to retire and just waiting to be given a package in the predictable layoffs,
Can't get a job elsewhere and just drifting along,
Need a job and using time to gain certifications and interviewing

In short no one cares and asking tough questions (which are not answered honestly) from below will not change a lack of strategy, vision, and competence in the ELT.

When neither shareholders nor employees are willing to ask difficult questions even with everything that's going on, then the only conclusion is that they deserve this management.

I am always wondering why the question about SMs raise and the employees missing raise hasn’t been asked in the All-Hands yet … would be interesting to see the reactions … and follow-ups 😂

SM has failed the business. His first shot as CEO and he has proven how rookie he is at his job. The CEO has to deliver shareholder return and he has failed at that. All he has done is overseen massive layoffs. This is not leadership.

and the stockholders meeting was a complete sham. about 10 minutes long, approved everything and 1 softball question on how AI is driving our business.

Zero board oversight to a failing ELT

He made 15M last year and the Teradata employees have to wait until October for their merit raises? something seems off here.
