Commscope is continuing to go under due to Management and the new management class being filled with hateful; a-s kissing individuals that doesn't know anything about managing. Buddy system is always present and it shows. Minorities doesn't stand a chance with this company. If you don't work hard you'll be rewarded and if you work hard, you get talked about and pushed out the door.

HR will not address the issue since they work for management. Get a lawyer.
Management stealing a living.
Some of the managers throwing team members under bus to save their own job by making false accusations, giving low performance rating deliberately. Very toxic environment. Upper management should check these con artists who are doing nothing other than forwarding weekly reports and acting like they are bigger than company.
