The Boeing Manager id--t we worked for had to hand you the WARN in person. When our manager handed the warns out to people in my group our manager id--t had a smirk on their face showing no sign of trying to hide the fact, they were enjoying their moment in handing people warn notices.
At that point in time, I lost a due respect for Boeing. Now when anyone asks me about applying to jobs at Boeing. I tell them they are making a serious mistake and should look at jobs with other Companies
You are absolutely correct all the dishonest people got rid of the honest people and now we are just stuck in a bad bad place.
Sorry to say...Boeing isn't going to improve...things will only get worse until end days. All the capable and honest people are long gone and those sort of people won't be returning.
Usually they hand you a WARN right after when you’ve made a big purchase. Like a house, a lifted truck, a fishing boat for example, hence the smirk.
it will take years for the current culture to improve. Management drank the Kool-Aid after the merger.
Boeing don't warn you about flying on a unsafe jet. Why would they WARN you about anything else.
