For anyone that reads this site, just a heads up that most of the employees that aren't management (and some that are) are being laid off soon. Most of the jobs are being moved to either India or the Philippines.
Good luck everyone.

@21a1 I can confirm this. I’m one of the reps training them. Just came to my attention that PR clients can now call in payroll to AI as well.
I'm aware they're having different support departments train employees in India to act as their replacements. Its going on right now. They're finding out some cannot be transitioned, but they're trying their best to move what they can.
Woah the original poster definitely had some good insight 28days ago when posting this
All WFH staff will be required to report to the office nearest them and if they choose to not relocate they will forfeit their position
How can there be a required return to office when they just closed 4 locations and moved those ee’s to wfh? Are you saying that the ee’s they moved to wfh are going to have to move to one of the open facilities or be forced to quit?
There’s also going to be a required return to office for all WFH staff
Just a heads up but it's not over yet. The total so far being stated (and it keeps going up) was last at 1500 people. Most of those jobs are being moved to India and the Philippines for "cheaper labor costs".
If you look at the SEC website (Paychex is a publicly traded company) ALL of the executives have been selling a lot of their stock for the last few months (which is how long they have been talking about this layoff).
Management says the number was “small” but I don’t buy it!
Closing the Denver office with less than 12 hours notice?!
What has this company become?! Disgusting and I blame Gibson
Yep - I know of a couple people who’d been there 20+ years. Management and non-mgmt, across various corporate and field areas.
Holy S***! Which department?
Yep it happened 50 people in my department were just let go.
Why any company would move services to the Philippines is perplexing. They are notorious for IP theft and security has always been very poor.
Not sure if it’s employees but sure contractors were impacted
