Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

Signs of a Buyout

Hello

If you google Macys stock it no longer comes up on google search but hasn't been a you can find it on other Marketwatch websites but not google and I find that very odd.
I used to google it a few times a week and always pops up.. Not this time and something is Up.

also (Bloomberg) -- Guggenheim Partners is talking to lenders, including private credit firms, to gauge their interest in financing the potential $6.6 billion buyout of US department store chain Macy’s Inc. by investment firms Arkhouse Management Co. and Brigade Capital Management.

So my impression is that it is a done deal behind close doors but it has to be announced Mid-Year so nobody Panics
Now remember Malls are no longer needed. Mix use Malls may have a chance.
Amazon never did the drone delivery but i think it will come in 2025.

Update: Macy's stock information now pops up from Google Finance when you Google Macy's stock.

They are referring to Google Finance. If you just google Macys stock, nothing comes up from Google Finance for Macy's stock. However for comparison purposes, if you google Kroger's stock, the first item it brings up is the info from Google Finance on Kroger.
