Great resignation hasn't ended?

Workers are eyeing the exit in 2024 as LinkedIn and Microsoft study warns more people want to quit their jobs now than during the Great Resignation. Is that really true?

Same for me.

I retired, then 4 1/2 yrs later , they laid me off...

Had an average 175% attainment in those years

Smile everytime someone asks me about Dell!

@3otl+1sr8WOaI it's a tough market in tech, but defense, medical, and aerospace are presently teeming with possibilities, and look at smaller firms too

The market for finding a job is very tough right now. Many of us want to leave but feel trapped since we can't find another company yet.

I have been looking for the past 6 months, a couple bits but nothing appealing so far. As soon as something shows up I'm the heck out of here.

In the mean time I'm doing the bare minimum required as doing anything other than the minimum is not rewarded or even appreciated.

see-saw hybrid, WFH, recent steps to further discourage WFH, layoffs, etc. of course people are considering change, but to where when it's similar throughout tech
