They need to overhaul each department via getting rid of the VPs.
Losing so many experienced Creators through attrition or being forced will catch up with us. Taking longer to get things done correctly or just not as correct as they should be.
We lose experienced people then contract out work or rely on outside entities to support our core values and company objectives. Short sided gains but long term loses.

You think you’re seeing out of the blue layoffs and “weird” decisions here and there, but this is a continuous scuttling process which began years ago. Import the 3rd world, become the 3rd world.
