Well it was never officially communicated if they aligned job roles.its like a big black hole as certain head of HR never communicated the outcome.
So unprofessional..5 years in after acquisition. How do these people get paid the big bucks ??
Oh yeah they did align, Arris folks were paid more than Commscope employees, the grade leveling was when my whole team was forced to train our replacements and then kicked out.
Makes sense ..as seen Arris People left go over their commscope counterparts.only logic at times has to be the pay scale for same job
CommScope's idea of alignment is look at who is paid most and look at others doing same or very similar role, then pay off the higher earner, leaving the one on the lower salary to pick up the duties of the higher earner who has just left.
So in reality, you're being done over twice. You end up doing more for less money as inflation impacts further on wages.
Three times done over if you consider the bonuses handed out to Chucky and friends.
