They were talking about treasury payments one minute and then an African American lady (in a bright orange dress) hijacked the mike and starting telling the entire executive team they are racist and don’t live the truist values and sc--wed up in project star. She went for 20 min and they couldn’t stop her. Amazing.

It wasn't quite 20min, but it was way too long before they cut the mic. I'm guessing they won't post a recording of this webex like they usually do after the town halls.
I thought those two butterballs were gonna go to blows. Would have loved seeing a good cat fight between Kristin and the disgruntled employee whose name I didnt catch. Right or wrong people are generally hitting their breaking point at Truist, would expect more fireworks going forward.
Ok, maybe not 20 minutes, but definitely 10 before they cut her microphone, muted the entire room and escorted her out. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen in a meeting like that with executive management. And yes, the meeting was recorded, but I doubt the meeting will be shared company wide. lol.
But she got her 10 minutes of fame.
