Is it me or did this never get completed for employees as part of the Arris acquisition?
I like to know what are HR actually doing for employees apart from so called diversity training,mindfulness etc.etc
Surely compensating employees in accordance with pay grades and titles
To match their counterparts is the elephant in the room that has been ignored for 5 years!!! Also how can slt keep kicking this down the road and saying its down to HR.unprofessional is not even a word that can describe this

Never happened. I am working for Vantiva now, and we still have the same titles and paygrades. We have not been integrated for 5 years under two different companies
Be careful what you wish for with alignment of pay. I was lead to believe legacy Arris employees were on considerably more than CommScope employees. Now if they're looking at alignment, nobody is getting a raise. They'll look to make life difficult for certain ones who they consider as being paid too much, hoping they leave, or eventually offer settlement so they part ways.
CommScope don't have money to pay decent bonuses to normal employees, so they're in no position to offer better salaries.
The money they could offer you would eat into Chucky bonus and we can't be having that now can we? Chucky got his million dollar bills to pay, he needs his bonus.
CommScope have the resource of people still, to be able to sort this but if it hasn't been sorted in 4-5 years, it isn't getting sorted.
