Anyone else receive info about outplacement services provided to help find a new job?

Yep, on redeployment here. The weekly report is helpful. Ive been through 12 position interview processes and got to 2nd and 3rd rounds on all of them. Several really great interviews.
They never hired me. I have solid reviews and a recent MS in Comp Sci grad. I am thinking my salary is too high ?
for my salary band? I noticed some positions carry a heavier load of rwsponsibilities with less pay than 2022. My guess is they need lower cost.
...or they have friends they want/need to hire first

Seems odd this year. Plus all of the hiring managers have been restructured and they either dont have marching orders or a product roadmap.. sometimes they have no direct manager (yet).
Yep, waste of time. They are an HR team and have done nothing for me

Yeah I received the Talent Redeployment email last month. Think I’m going to look elsewhere though. I have trauma lol.
