When I made a call to HR I was told over 50 B2B’s were placed on a plan as of April 8th. And am now hearing of whole teams being told to hit target this month or be placed on a plan. Are they just trying to push people out instead of paying a severance package? Looks like this is another round of layoffs.

I was put on plan and hit 2 of my 3 KPIs for the period. I had a list of big accounts I had FTAs scheduled with and big accounts about to close with orders to show how I would achieve my goals. Wasn’t considered and let go after 30 days. Kicker is that 2 of those big accounts closed and ordered within 3 days of me being let go!
So you are telling me hiring an AVP with little no leadership vs a proven leader, all because they want them to live around Maitland was the way to go? Ha!!!! I could have told you this was going to go over like the last 4 years of the economy. These “senior leaders” all sit in a room and say, how can we do worse than the devil known as SN…. I have a capital idea Jim…hire an AVP with no leadership experience!! Pass up proven leadership and let’s fing gooooo!
Why is W being targeted? She has done nothing wrong but bring order to what hasn’t been working for years. It’s a process and she is on day 90 in the role. Give her a break… there are far more people behind the issues at hand that should be called out.
I think the issue is W is a gossip and not working, that’s what I read in the comment below not that she had anything to do with the decision making. I did hear that she wasn’t a fan of AL. Not impressed with either one. Downgrades from previous leaders.
Sooo W is supposed to walk around crying over an AVP that shouldn’t have been hired to begin with? Make that make sense. Don’t put this on her, she had no say in the cuts
AVP in b2b world Wahater walking around gossiping all day on the phone doing nothing in Maitland. Hanging out making bank, doing half days, a complete joke.
If you ask anyone in Commercial market they’ll say the mid market level is joke. Having a manager that can’t properly pull a report and threatens a team every other day is not good leadership. Adam should have been fired long ago, his leadership tactic is a joke.
