Is anyone gathering people's names/evidence of age discrimination in latest round of Ricoh layoffs? Seems like someone should be pursuing a lawsuit against them for age discrimination as it appears most people laid off are just a few years away from retirement. Anyone creating a private group on FB or anything at all???

Actually someone is! Older tenured workers were definitely targeted due to their higher salaries. On some cases Ricoh was d-mb enough to post for the same job within 2 weeks! Those in a protected category like age should file a state & federal age discrimination charge.
I would like to know myself. We just had 3 senior techs. Let go.
This is a reoccurring topic at ricoh. Sends a great message to any Millennials: work here just long enough for experience and move on.
