Any ideas why SM RP HA are still around?
They're still around because they're all under contract for X amount of time. It would cost more to let them go and hire new than it does to just let them continue being terrible until their contracts are over.
Classic example of "failing up".
If OR got fired due to his inability to execute, I honestly don't understand why SM is still around. Ditto RP and HA. Any ideas?
The street is trying to tell shareholders to push the board to action on SM. They're specifically suggesting to lower his compensation.

Personally I think he should get canned all he's done to generate revenue is lay people off.

It's time for him to hang up the pool cue. How he thinks he is still suitable for the position despite all of the failures shows that he is getting a lot of wrong advice, or doesn't know when his time is up.
