I got consistent threat from middle management/ ex SVP that I should not answer any questions but give answers to them to answer although all was perfected alighted. Why Citi want these layers to block the efficiency!

Get rid of unnecessary middle management!
High paid and negative value! Citi is keep the useless layer for no reason! Shareholders stand up to get rid of the negatives please to keep Citi running! Sadly the remaining man agent still on those vanished middle management side! Can Citi learn from competitors to get rid of the negatives?
