Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Slow AF

Supposed to be busy this time of year. No sales. Slow in the plants. Imagine that? Guess that's what happens when you permanently tarnish your rep and cut sales force. Quiet quitters are marching your stock down to zero. Su-ks to su-k.

3M is actually shrinking. Reverse growth.

One of the big TEBG plant here. Production has been good so far this YTD. No plant shutdowns scheduled at least till first half. Things looking rosy for new CEO

I hear how Q1 was good for TEBG, and things are turning around from corporate. But I also hear from plants ( true indicator……..where the rubber hits the road). It gets hard to know what is real, but plants always see trends first. How’s your plant doing?

I might work for 3M, but it's not my job to motivate myself.

I'm just here for the paycheck. Reward my hard with and productivity and I'll work hard and be productive.

Sc--w me over by taking away LTIP, didn't offer and growth opportunities, and give my friends and colleagues pink slips even though they did nothing wrong (and imply that I might be next) and I'm only going to put in just enough effort to keep my job, not an ounce more.

I'm not quiet quitting, I'm appropriately responding to available incentives.
