Looks like Tanzu is taking a big hit today. Please post here if you have any news or updates. A number of folks whom I work with in India were let go. Waiting to hear about impact in other locations.

Three thousand people gone. Stock price dropping. Tanzu products and former employees mercilessly criticized. Run for the exits!!
The only surprises are that it's only 25% and that it took them so long.
Im not sure how anyone could be surprised over this finally happening, the writing was on the wall (and here)
25% is not going to get them close enough to being profitable either, so I would expect more to happen in the not too distant future.
TAP crossed the line of doom, so it’s gone, and the people with it.
All that is left is some k8s jam to spread around on the other profitable products.

With 25% layoff the Tanzu BU is now set up for…. More layoffs. Why not just pull the plug already?

Tanzu was honestly the poorest product execution I’ve ever seen in any software company I’ve been at! Shocked that we created a separate BU post acquisition. Very sorry for those who are no longer here! Hopefully Rancher or others pick you up.

which cloudhealth teams have been impacted so far? Either completely let go or some of them?
CloudHealth group was impacted today. My entire team was let go. To be honest I do not plan to shed one tear about it. The handwriting has been on the wall since BC took over so it is not a shock at all. Moving on and upward. Peace Out...
