Who here is finding it difficult to be motivated to engage in work this Monday? I'll raise my hand first. I have zero motivation. I miss the energy I had to go above and beyond with my role. How does this company expect us to just put smiles on our faces, act like nothing happened and bend over backward to help their bottom line? I feel nothing but disgust this morning and I am not a pessimistic person. Please tell me I'm not alone.

I almost threw up in my mouth logging into work this am. I want so badly to be grateful to be employed, but I’m so sick that I work for such a shady unethical company 😭 you are definitely not the only one.

The entire vibe of my market is dead. We’ve barely been speaking to each other since the recent lay offs. Our teams chat used to go off constantly, now people barely respond. Everyone is anxious they’ll be next. I dread logging in every day.
