It's a well known fact that Nielsen pays 20 - 35+ percent less than industry averages, and even with that they are STILL in deep financial trouble, and have done everything possible to avoid giving raises, COL increases and bonus reductions over the last couple of years.
Now sending jobs offshore to cut that down even further, and paying half or less of what they currently do already. It's truly sad to see years and years of bad decisions catching up so quickly, and yet they still keep promoting attracting talent and "being the leader" in XYZ.
