Thread regarding 2U Inc. layoffs

Tuition update

I put in my 2 weeks notice following my last post and through my exit interviews no one mentioned anything about tuition reimbursement.

I looked at the workday profiles of the “tuition team” I used to email and they have all been “terminated”…so hopefully I’m in the clear

BTW this is NOT TRUE. I spoke to benefits and they are holding people to their contracts. Not sure why we are spreading misinformation.

You are held to the contract from what I know in my experiences with folks.

I would not consider yourself in the clear unless you have got something in writing from HR. Especially the last thread someone stated they met with HR and were told they would be held accountable to the contract.

@1eil+1snuka5g If you've not been with the company at least 3 years (I think), you are not fully vested in the match. All your own contributions are always your own and can't be taken back.

Nah we didn’t talk about that. Should be 100% vested from day 1 on all company match. The rest is already yours and can’t be taken
