Unorganized re-orgs

I heard someone quote this week dozens of active but uncoordinated re-orgs currently ongoing. This was USA. Feels less efficient than a broad cut like Reshape. Certainly harder as a front liner if the next discipline over isn't available as a safety net.

Except that the biggest pieces of waste like Robin and his team of axers somehow always manage to keep their positions through one fiasco after another

lots of mini-reorgs rolling across the company. Second rounds coming 6-8 months after the last mini-reorg. Continuous revolution

Yup - they mentioned this in one of the USA townhalls a few months ago. I think they said 37 current re-orgs happening all over Shell USA.

Yup - same in UK - mini-reorgs all over - never ending.
