Seems like everyone who was RIFed got their final check deposited today instead of next Friday. However— salary was prorated a day so only paid for 72 hours not 80. Since all access is off you need to call employee relations to get a copy of your paystub. Well at least didn’t have to wait till next Friday for payday. Now let’s see how fast severance and PTO get paid out lol

I received my paystub from my last check in the mail.
Revocation time frame and payment time frames are based on state. In Feb RIF my last check had to be within 24 hrs and revocation time was I believe 45 days. Severance was 4 to 6 weeks after last date.
If you reside in states with law requiring complete PTO payout you will get how ever many hours you accumulated, if not the payout is 40 hours max.
If you have more than 40hrs of PTO. Use it now. You won't be paid for 41hrs or more if laid off.
Severance should take 1-2 pay periods (2 week periods) after the signed severance agreement is received, and after the 7 day revocation period has ended. So if you sent in the signed agreement on 5/2, add the 7 day window you have to revoke it- they won’t start processing until 5/10….. then 1-2 (2 week) pay cycles it will be direct deposited along with your PTO payout listed in the agreement.
PTO may be paid out quickly, depending where you live. Mine was for a lot of hours since it was hard to take PTO, >$10k, left at my doorstep, no notification. Severance took 4 - 5 pay cycles after returning the signed contract.
PTO Payout based on which state u live in. Some states don’t have laws for PTO payout. U don’t use it u lose it!!
CA, WA pay full pto , some states 0 and others cap it
Not in my account.
PTO is paid out with the severance not last check. I got my last check today and it did not include the PTO
PTO is paid out on the last day of the two week notice along with salary/wages for those two weeks.
Severance is paid out within 6 weeks later pending you sign the legal documents
Nope. Not in my account
Is the severance package and PTO a different check mailed to you?
