I have friends that work for LHC homecare and they still have not full integrated into Optum. I believe their paychecks are from UHG now but they don't have optum benefits or pto ect? Will they full integrate when they acquired Landmark and such it was pretty fast we were all moved over.

LHC is much bigger and a more complicated business than Landmark to integrate. In general there are o ly so many resources to do the integration (and all the different pieces of it) and some are more simple/complex than others.
LHC let go quite a few employees and now have no plans on how to provide services for patients due to providers, social workers, ambassadors, directors and managers were laid off/ Riffed. Did you sign the paperwork?
