After a purge of engineering staff in Dec. 2023, then cutting loose the contractors, and the recent stream of departures (including some key/senior engineers), what’s next (and when)?

It's a death spiral that we are getting into. In order to breakout of it we need the investment into engineering resources, in order to invest we need to generate sales. Catch 22 so not sure there is an easy answer or a way out. People will continue jumping ship.
