Funny, I've seen survey scores that rated me a 10 but UHC less than a 9 which have mysteriously disappeared. In addition, members complain they can't understand UHC agents due to thick accents and I typically can't understand those working the help desk because of the same. Claims, customer service and IT all seem to be worked offshore. How would that information impact the House and Senate investigations?

There’s actually a formula they use to determine how many more global we need and they push it hard So they lay off here in the states and hire in India, Ireland and PH instead. And in my opinion India just doesn’t follow procedures and doesn’t do as good of a job.
